We study the drawing, tolerances and material, and raise any manufacturability queries before quoting.
Step 2
Process planning

Machining strategy, workholding, tooling and inspection points are decided and documented.
Step 3
Machining

Components are machined on our VMCs with dimensions monitored in-process.
Step 4
Inspection

Final inspection against the drawing, using calibrated instruments, with records retained.
Step 5
Despatch

Parts are packed and despatched against the agreed delivery schedule.
